About Me:
My name is Daniel Solon. I’m currently finishing my PhD at George Mason University. My research interests revolve around macroeconomics, institutions, development, and history. Specifically, much of my doctoral work has focused on isolating the mechanisms by which demographic, cultural, or historical changes effect economic growth and public policy outcomes. I have taught classes in Game Theory & Institutional Economics, Development Economics, and Money & Banking. I have also been a TA for Principles of Macro and Micro which included substitute teaching.
